Our Story
The Lifelong Learning Academy Group represents the coming together of three long time friends with diverse backgrounds but who shared a common interest and ambition, that is, to establish an institution to provide high quality training and consultancy to help adults learn skills that will enhance their employability and organisations to do things better and more effectively.
The longest established company in the LLA group is Training Masters Workforce Institute Pte Ltd (“TM”) which was set up in 1991 by Mr Eric Emmanuel Tan (“Eric”). The core business of TM, which is an Approved Training Organisation accredited by Skills Future Singapore, is in providing training and consultancy to companies in the Environmental Services (“EVS”) industry in Singapore. Today, TM is able to offer a wide range of training programmes and is a leader in providing training to cleaning companies in Singapore.

Our Story
EMG Pte Ltd (“EMG”) was founded in 2000 by P. Palaniappan (“Palani”) to help organisations in various areas such as strategic planning, culture building, leadership development, talent management, and organizational development, as well as adoption of technology and digitalisation to be future ready.
AAARYA Business College Pte Ltd (“ABC”) was established in 2015 after Eric and Palani decided to leverage on the expertise and experience of Ms Khiryati Kairi (“Yati”), Palani’s partner at EMG, to set up ABC as a school with a wide array of programmes to reach out to a wider audience locally and regionally. ABC, accredited by the Committee of Private Education of Singapore as a Private Education Institution, is currently the only business school in Singapore that offers the Level 4 diploma programme for the EVS industry.

Our Story
Today, with a staff strength of about 40 people and a panel of close to 70 learning facilitators, the LLA group takes pride in having made a positive difference for over 300,000 individual learners and 1,000 organisations across 15 countries through our various training and consultancy programmes.
We take pride in offering job and career opportunities for those in their 20s to those in their 70s by mantaining a healthy gender and ethnic diversity.
The working environment in LLA is familial with our corporate values as the guiding principles for everything we do, individually and as a team, including the service we extend to our learners and clients.

ASCENSUS INSTITUTE sponsored scholarships
We are committed to making a positive impact and we don’t just say so. In 2021, close to 100 scholarships were awarded by AAARYA Business College to students and teachers in 7 countries. These scholarships aimed to enable and empower the recipients with an international standard that showcases their English proficiency.

SUPPORTING EDUCATION
Donating for CNY Celebrations
In 2022, Lifelong Learning Academy donated 30 cartons of water and 60 cartons of biscuits to Willing Hearts, and contributed CNY prosperity jars for underpriviledge people.
